A shocking incident has emerged from Hyderabad where an American national passed away under mysterious circumstances inside a local hotel. The 41-year-old visitor had travelled to India on a business trip accompanied by his commercial partner. Following the discovery of the incident, local law enforcement authorities swiftly initiated an investigation to ascertain the sequence of events.
Stay at Marriott Executive Apartments in Gachibowli
The incident took place at the Marriott Executive Apartments located within SLN Terminus in the Gachibowli neighborhood of Hyderabad. The deceased has been identified as Michael Bryan Lee, a resident of California. He arrived in Hyderabad on November 2 along with his business partner David on a professional trip, and both individuals were staying at the same hotel.
How the Discovery Unfolded
According to authorities, Lee had stopped responding to telephone calls beginning on the evening of November 4. When repeated attempts to establish contact failed, hotel staff grew suspicious. On November 5 at approximately 6:30 PM, employees used a master key to open the room and found Lee unresponsive on the bed.
The management promptly alerted the 108 emergency ambulance service. Upon arrival, the medical team examined him and confirmed his death. Following information from the hotel administration, the Gachibowli police under the Rachakonda Commissionerate arrived at the scene, inspected the room, and registered a case of suspicious death. Investigators are currently probing the circumstances surrounding the death, and the autopsy report is expected to provide further clarity on the cause.
