The occasion additionally featured the launch of a new book titled 'Modi Governance'. According to the author, the work documents Narendra Modi's administrative methodology, operational philosophy, and governance framework. Approximately 10 to 11 minutes of footage from the ceremony were designated for digital platforms.

In the national capital, the milestone was observed at the Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium during the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Sabha. Ahead of his address, he flagged off the 'Seva Jyoti Yatra' (Seva Sankalp Abhiyan). Speaking to the gathering, the Prime Minister reflected with deep emotion on his journey, remarking that he had never envisioned reaching a stage in life where he could convey such profound gratitude to the entire nation.
He emphasized that despite decades in public service, he continues to view himself as an earnest student engaged in continuous learning. Reaffirming the goal to transform India into a developed nation by the year 2047, he articulated a renewed collective spirit, asserting that milestones including lunar and space exploration, becoming the world's third-largest economy, and attaining developed status will be successfully realized.
