Emphasizing the vital role of organizational cohesion in governance, Prime Minister Modi called for dismantling both horizontal and vertical silos across Union ministries and departments. He highlighted that government bodies must operate with a unified team spirit to ensure that policies are executed with maximum synergy. Eliminating departmental friction and fostering cross-sectoral collaboration, he noted, is essential for delivering integrated and impactful governance outcomes for the nation.
Citizen-Centric Policies and Indigenous Tech Development
Reiterating that the public must remain at the very core of governance, the Prime Minister stated that every policy decision should directly align with the needs and aspirations of ordinary citizens. Alongside India's substantial capital investments in physical infrastructure, he urged a parallel focus on fostering indigenous technology. Achieving technical self-reliance and expanding domestic manufacturing and technological capabilities in critical sectors were identified as top national priorities.

Underscoring the strategic link between energy independence and national stability, PM Modi stated that energy security is inextricably tied to economic resilience and citizen welfare. He called for accelerated innovation, resource diversification, and capacity enhancement to achieve complete self-reliance in the energy sector.
