More than thirty-five lakh candidates have registered to appear for this statewide drive, which serves as a gateway for numerous government jobs in the region. According to the official schedule, the entire examination process is structured across three distinct days spanning six separate shifts.
Three Day Examination Schedule
- First Day: Twenty-fifth October marks the commencement of the tests today.
- Second Day: Thirtieth October is scheduled for the subsequent round of exams.
- Third Day: First November will witness the final phase of the testing schedule.
Rigorous Surveillance and Security Measures
From Lucknow to Prayagraj, and Kanpur to Moradabad, administrative authorities have implemented foolproof security arrangements at every examination venue. Thorough frisking of candidates is being conducted meticulously at the entrance of each centre to prevent any malpractices. Aspirants are permitted to carry only their admit cards, Aadhaar cards, and pens inside the examination halls. Bringing any unauthorized items inside the premises is strictly prohibited, prompting authorities to set up dedicated locker facilities outside for safekeeping of banned belongings like mobile phones, smartwatches, and bags. Continuous monitoring through CCTV cameras is active across all venues to deter any irregularities, alongside mandatory biometric verification for every attending student. Punctuality Guidelines And Shift Timings
Following the conclusion of the morning shift earlier in the day, students are now arriving at various centres for the afternoon session. The second shift is scheduled to run from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The recruitment commission has strongly advised all aspirants to reach the main gates at least two hours prior to the commencement time. During the morning session, gates were closed half an hour before the exam began, resulting in a few candidates missing their opportunity due to being late by merely five minutes.
