The actor's future permanent residence is situated in the Khar area of Mumbai at the Marina Apartments redevelopment site. Currently, Aamir Khan and his wife, Gauri Spratt, reside in a rented apartment in the Vilnomona building located in Pali Hill. The move to the Khar high-rise is expected to be permanent, with the construction estimated to reach completion by 2030. This neighborhood is familiar territory for the actor, as his cousin Mansoor Khan owns a bungalow in the immediate vicinity.
A Blueprint for Family Unity
What has surprised observers most about this project is its inclusive design. Aamir Khan has reportedly ensured that the entire family will be accommodated within the same building. According to the current blueprints, the top three floors of the tower are reserved for the actor, his wife Gauri Spratt, and her son from a previous marriage, Quinn.
