Haryana-based social media influencer Kumud Yadav, widely known as Rinku Yadav, has taken a confrontational stance against the planned demonstration by the Cockroach Janata Party. In an open appeal, he urged wrestlers, gym regulars, and young men across Uttar Pradesh and Haryana to march to Jantar Mantar armed with sticks. Yadav asserted that the time to safeguard the nation has arrived and claimed that demonstrations of this nature are deliberately disrupting the country's peace.
CJP Demonstration and Resignation Demand Against the Chief Election Commissioner
The Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) had earlier scheduled a protest at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi on October 10, demanding the resignation of Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Gyanesh Kumar. Following that public announcement, fitness creator Kumud Yadav stepped forward to vigorously challenge the political outfit. Kumud, who regularly produces fitness and gym content, commands a combined following of around 4.5 lakh followers across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. He released a video online two days ago detailing his strong objections to the CJP gathering.
Controversial Video and Direct Allegations Against Organisers
In the video clip, seated inside a vehicle holding a wooden staff, Rinku Yadav told viewers that this moment presented an opportunity to emulate Bhagat Singh. He accused CJP affiliates of destabilising the national climate and engaging in fear-mongering. According to his statements, the group previously used paper leak issues to build protest momentum and is now deploying allegations of vote theft to stir panic and spread baseless rumours.
Yadav further alleged that elements linked to the agitation had previously tried to breach Parliament premises but failed to succeed. Addressing his own political affiliations, Yadav stated that he is not a BJP supporter, but argued that if vote theft could maintain peace in Bengal, it could do so across the nation as well. Based on this assertion, he called upon his followers to march alongside him to Jantar Mantar with sticks on October 10.
Sharp Criticism of Opposition Figures and Actors
Throughout his recordings, Rinku Yadav also launched verbal broadsides against prominent political and cultural figures, including Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav, Mamata Banerjee, Arvind Kejriwal, Prakash Raj, and Naseeruddin Shah. Yadav claimed that had the Cockroach Janata Party not leaned on the support of such leaders, he might have considered standing alongside them, but condemned their reliance on these political figures and actors.
Doubling down on his rhetoric in an additional clip, Yadav remarked, “50 बालक 6-6 फुट के मेरे साथ खड़े हो गए ना, तो कॉकरोचों को तेल निकाल दूंगा। पुलिस की जरूरत नहीं है।” He maintained that if fifty well-built youths stood by his side, he would not even require police assistance to handle the situation.

The shared videos quickly gained significant traction across social media platforms. The clip has accumulated more than 36,000 likes along with over 5,000 comments and shares. User reactions have been heavily polarised. While one commenter dared him to show up at Jantar Mantar stating that people would be waiting, another remarked that Rinku Yadav is merely an online lion who should be disregarded. Several other comments strongly criticised the aggressive tone of his messaging.
