Akshay Kumar told people that if they eat their dinner between 6:00 and 6:30 in the evening, they can see up to a 40 percent improvement in their overall health. He added with a laugh that this single change alone could help people slim down. He mentioned that people regularly come to him with the same complaint that their weight refuses to budge despite all their efforts, and his answer is always the same.
Eating at 10 PM and Wondering Why the Weight Won't Shift
Speaking in a lighthearted tone, Akshay said he has never been able to figure out why people eat so late at night. He pointed out that many people sit down for dinner at 10:00 or 10:30 PM and then wonder why they are unable to lose weight.
