Haryana's weather is turning wetter by the day as the southwest monsoon strengthens its grip across the state. The India Meteorological Department has issued a heavy rain warning for several districts today, July 6, with multiple spells of thunderstorms and gusty winds expected through the day. As the monsoon current has taken hold, strong wind gusts have already reshaped weather conditions across many parts of the state. Light to moderate rain was recorded in some areas over the last 24 hours. According to the weather department, dense cloud cover will blanket most of Haryana on July 6. The sustained monsoon activity has pushed temperatures down, with the maximum temperature now running below normal.
