Addressing administrative permissions for the New York gathering, they emphasized that major events in the United States require strict adherence to municipal and federal authorization processes. As a private event, all requisite legal approvals were formally completed in advance, enabling the event to proceed at Madison Square Garden with an expected attendance of at least 5,000 people.
