Based on his written application, an FIR has been formally registered at the Pithoria police station against named accused persons, the then station house officer, and certain other police officials. The father of the deceased has termed his daughter's death a well-planned conspiracy in his formal complaint. He alleged that Nisha was subjected to prolonged mental and social harassment over a significant period. Her character was continuously targeted and assassinated across social media platforms, driving her into deep mental distress. In this footage, she appeared deeply emotional and tearfully leveled severe allegations against the Jharkhand government, land mafias, and the local police administration. Nisha stated that she was being targeted specifically because she raised her voice against the violation of tribal rights and the activities of land brokers. She also claimed that despite approaching the local police for protection, the Pithoria police station in charge ignored her grievances entirely.
DSP Amar Kumar Pandey to Conduct Impartial Investigation
Following the tragic incident, the Ranchi police administration has remained thoroughly active. Due to the high sensitivity of the case and the subsequent political fallout, senior Ranchi police officials assigned the comprehensive investigation to DSP Headquarters 1 Amar Kumar Pandey. Authorities stated that the probe is being conducted impartially by taking into account the father's written application, the allegations made during the Facebook live stream, and all relevant technical evidence from social media.

Youths blocked the road near the Nagdi checkpost demanding justice. Meanwhile, the opposition has also cornered the government over the issue, demanding the chief minister's resignation and the immediate arrest of the former station house officer.
