Lakshya had consistently demonstrated academic distinction, routinely securing around 90 percent marks throughout his schooling. He gained admission to Manipal Engineering College in Bengaluru in August 2024. As a second-year BTech student, he was actively preparing for his upcoming semester examinations scheduled for May 2026, with family members noting that everything appeared routine in his daily routine.
That sense of normalcy shattered during the late hours of April 6. The family received an urgent telephone call informing them that Lakshya had fallen from the ninth floor of the residential hostel building. Moments later, a second phone call delivered the grim confirmation of his death, prompting his parents to rush immediately to Bengaluru.
