Transfer of Case Evidence From CID and Local Police
To preserve complete objectivity and eliminate potential conflicts, the court deemed a fresh investigative setup essential. The Criminal Investigation Department, alongside local jurisdictional police stations previously handling the files, must immediately hand over all case diaries, gathered materials, and supporting evidence to the newly constituted team. Strict 100-Day Timeline With Regular Progress Milestones
