Without any provocation, he turned violent and delivered a powerful kick to the emergency exit glass window panel, causing it to break.
Immediately after shattering the window panel, the passenger attempted to operate the emergency exit door mechanism to force it open. Unlocking or opening an emergency exit door at high altitudes poses a catastrophic threat to an aircraft, potentially causing rapid cabin depressurization and compromised flight stability that could imperil everyone on board.
