Regarding the bonding agent, the same work requires roughly 4 to 5 bags of cement. Factoring in an average price of around 320 rupees per bag of cement, the total outlay on cement stands between 2,000 and 2,400 rupees. Consequently, the combined expenditure strictly for sand and cement falls between 3600 and 4200 rupees.
