Iran's chief negotiator Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf has made clear that Tehran will not enter any new round of talks until every condition stipulated in the Iran-U.S. MoU has been fulfilled. He also reaffirmed Iran's sovereign rights over the Strait of Hormuz, noting that toll-free transit is only guaranteed for 60 days under the pact. Separately, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in a phone call with Iran's President, underlined the importance of preserving freedom of navigation through the Hormuz Strait.
