During the formal event hosted at the Chief Minister Secretariat in Imphal, the Chief Minister also officially unveiled the comprehensive Waterbird Census Report. This dual release aims to streamline digital outreach while making ecological documentation directly available to citizens, researchers, and nature enthusiasts interested in the protection of Loktak Lake.
Enhancing Access to Wetland Conservation Initiatives
The newly launched official website serves as a dedicated platform to offer seamless public access to information regarding the ongoing projects, policy measures, and administrative efforts managed by the Loktak Development Authority. By opening up digital channels, the government intends to broaden public understanding about the fragile wetland ecosystem.
