Purple Style Labs IPO Details and Backing

At the forefront of next week's offerings is the Purple Style Labs IPO, the parent entity behind the luxury fashion destination Pernia's Pop-Up Shop. The company intends to mobilize approximately 680 crore rupees entirely through a fresh issue of shares, meaning there is no offer-for-sale component included in this public offering. Adding considerable weight to its market appeal, the firm boasts prominent backers and investors such as Salman Khan and Sachin Tendulkar.

The subscription window for Purple Style Labs will open on August 31 and conclude on September 2. The management has established a price band ranging from 546 rupees to 575 rupees per equity share. Axis Capital is acting as the book-running lead manager for the issue, and the equity shares are proposed for listing on both the BSE and the NSE.

Deepa Jewellers and Rays of Belief Public Issues

Another major highlight is the Deepa Jewellers IPO, which opens for subscription on September 1 and closes on September 3. The price band has been fixed at 168 rupees to 177 rupees per share. The total issue size stands at approximately 459.72 crore rupees, which includes a fresh issue worth 250 crore rupees and an offer for sale amounting to 209.72 crore rupees. This makes it the largest fresh IPO opening next week in terms of overall issue size, with Emkay Global Financial Services managing the offering.

Concurrently, the Rays of Belief IPO will also open on September 1 and remain accessible until September 3. The firm aims to raise 125 crore rupees through a fresh issuance of shares without any secondary selling component. The price band is set between 227 rupees and 239 rupees per share. Mefcom Capital Markets is serving as the lead manager, with proposed listings on the BSE and NSE.

SME Segment Activity and Closing Issues

The SME segment will also see hectic activity with four issues launching during the week. Shanti Inorganics opens on August 31 with a price band of 79 to 83 rupees, targeting roughly 41.50 crore rupees. Phychem Technologies launches on the same day with a price band of 51 to 54 rupees, aiming for about 14.58 crore rupees. Ashutosh Fibre is seeking to raise around 56.35 crore rupees with a price band of 87 to 92 rupees.

Meanwhile, Farm Peace will open its subscription on September 1 and close on September 3, offering its shares at a fixed price of 59 rupees to raise roughly 32 crore rupees. Alongside these fresh launches, several issues that debuted earlier are reaching their closing dates. ESDS Software Solution, Priority Jewels, Paluck Technologies, and Complete Sports & Management will wrap up their subscription windows on September 1, with stock market listings anticipated around September 4 following the completion of allotment formalities.
