Nongstoin: Meghalaya Health Secretary Ramkumar S. carried out an official visit to Civil Hospital Nongstoin on Monday to evaluate the institution's operational standards and review the medical facilities extended to the residents of West Khasi Hills.

Ramkumar, who also holds crucial administrative roles as the Mission Director of the National Health Mission, Managing Director of the Meghalaya Medical Services Delivery Corporation Limited, and Chief Executive Officer of the Meghalaya Health Insurance Scheme, held detailed deliberations with hospital authorities and medical personnel during his inspection. The review comprehensively addressed core operational areas, encompassing medical infrastructure, staffing levels, availability of essential treatments, and the facility's day-to-day functionality.
