He blessed her and instructed that after the conclusion of the Bagrawat war, she should travel to Malaseri Dungri and perform penance. Following this penance, Lord Vishnu promised to incarnate as her son. When Mata Sadu asked for proof, Lord Vishnu told her to visit Malaseri Dungri on Bhadvi Chhath and split a rock, where her divine mount would emerge in the form of the blue horse.
