The occurrence took place close to wards 26 and 27 along the stretch of Bhavan-desar Road. Commuters traveling through the route suddenly noticed persistent infant crying emerging from the thick roadside bushes. Upon approaching the thorny growth, onlookers were stunned to spot the helpless newborn left unattended amid rubbish. A crowd quickly gathered at the scene, and residents promptly alerted law enforcement authorities without delay.
