Following his formal exit from the Congress party, senior leader Vishvendra Singh from Bharatpur delivered a blistering critique of the party's prevailing hierarchy in Rajasthan. Taking aim at the organisation that governed the country for nearly 60 years, he remarked that the party in Rajasthan is now functioning entirely without direction, left purely to divine mercy. He observed that leaders in charge are actively sawing off the very branch they are seated upon, creating a suffocating environment where self-respecting figures find it impossible to remain.
Call to Abandon Arrogance and Delusion
Directing sharp counsel toward the key decision-makers steering the state apparatus, Vishvendra Singh urged them to shed their ego and political delusions. He pointed out a glaring lack of dignity and respect accorded to veteran leaders who have dedicated decades to the party. Furthermore, he noted that the organisation currently displays no meaningful vision for mentoring young workers or uplifting women leaders. Emphasising his uncompromising personal convictions, he maintained, “Flattery is neither in my blood, nor will I ever indulge in it.” Describing himself as a devotee of Giriraj Dhani, he underlined that he has consistently aligned himself with truth and justice.
Future Course Placed in the Hands of the Electorate
Addressing questions surrounding his upcoming political trajectory, Vishvendra Singh announced that his future moves will be dictated strictly by the public. He declared that whatever mandate the people deliver will be accepted unconditionally. Concluding his communication, he invoked Giriraj Maharaj, recited Jai Hind, and extended profound respects to the residents of the Bharatpur division. This sharp public stance signals fresh political churn and reshuffling across Rajasthan's competitive landscape.
