To accommodate the heavy influx of commuters during the Raksha Bandhan festival, railway authorities have announced a temporary extension of train services on the Jaipur-Bayana route. Train number 19721/19722 Jaipur-Bayana-Jaipur Express will now run up to Bharatpur Junction instead of terminating at Bayana. This special festive arrangement will remain operational from August 28, 2026, to September 7, 2026, offering significant convenience to passengers traveling across the region during the holiday rush.
Revised Schedule and Station Timings
According to the updated operational schedule, Train number 19721 Jaipur-Bayana Express will reach Bayana Junction at 12:20 PM. Following a brief 2-minute halt, it will depart from Bayana at 12:22 PM and arrive at its extended destination, Bharatpur Junction, at 13:00 hrs (1:00 PM). This direct connection eliminates the hassle for passengers needing to arrange secondary transport between Bayana and Bharatpur.
On the return journey, Train number 19722 Bayana-Jaipur Express will originate from Bharatpur Junction, departing at 13:30 hrs (1:30 PM). The train will enter Bayana Junction at 14:08 hrs (2:08 PM) and resume its journey toward Jaipur at 14:10 hrs (2:10 PM) after a short stoppage. This alignment ensures seamless travel timings for passengers heading back to Jaipur after the festivities.
