A horrifying domestic mishap took place in Majra Peepli village, located within the Tijara police station limits of Rajasthan's Alwar Khairthal district. An eighteen-month-old girl accidentally tumbled into a broad shallow basin containing freshly prepared, scalding porridge meant for cattle feed. The child sustained extensive burn injuries across roughly 80 percent of her body, throwing the entire household into panic and grief as relatives rushed her to medical facilities.
How the Domestic Accident Unfolded
Family members and the child's grandmother shared that the incident occurred during the evening hours while little Sanna was playing near the home. Adults in the residence were occupied with regular chores when the toddler roamed close to the boiling mash, which had just been cooked and set out in a metal basin for livestock. Unaware of the danger, the toddler plunged straight into the boiling contents. Upon spotting the child inside the vessel, horrified relatives pulled her out immediately and organized transport for urgent clinical intervention.
Emergency Referrals from Tijara to Jaipur
The injured girl was quickly taken to the local government hospital in Tijara for initial resuscitation. Medical personnel administered primary aid, but given the severe trauma and burns covering nearly four-fifths of her small frame, the local facility could not sustain long-term treatment. Doctors promptly transferred her to the district hospital in Alwar. Evaluating her fragile state and the risk of complications, medical teams in Alwar subsequently directed an emergency referral to an advanced medical center in Jaipur for intensive burn management.
