1.5K 3D Curved AMOLED Display and Thermal Architecture
On the display front, the iQOO Z11 sports a 6.83-inch 1.5K 3D curved AMOLED screen capable of delivering a 144Hz refresh rate for fluid visual output during gaming and navigation. Under bright outdoor environments, the display achieves a peak brightness of up to 2,000 nits in High Brightness Mode (HBM). It has also received SGS certifications for Low Blue Light emission, Low Flicker technology, and optimized Sunlight Display functionality to minimize eye fatigue.
Under the hood, the device is powered by MediaTek's Dimensity 7500 Turbo chipset. The processor works in tandem with up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of high-speed UFS 3.1 storage. To maintain peak computational throughput during long gaming sessions, iQOO has integrated a 3,800mm² vapor chamber cooling system into the phone—marking the first time such thermal hardware has been included in a Z-series model.
Camera Hardware and 4K Video Support
For photography and video creation, the iQOO Z11 is equipped with a dual rear camera system centered around a 50MP Sony IMX882 primary sensor with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) support. Accompanying the main sensor is an 8MP ultra-wide angle lens designed for expansive landscape shots. On the front, a 32MP camera handles selfie capture. Notably, both the front-facing and rear camera setups are capable of recording 4K resolution videos at 30 frames per second.
Massive 7,050mAh Battery, IP Ratings, and Software Lifecycle
One of the key highlights of the device is its large 7,050mAh battery unit, which supports 44W FlashCharge technology for quick battery top-ups. Software duties are managed by OriginOS 6 built on top of Android 16. The manufacturer has committed to providing three years of major operating system upgrades alongside five years of regular security patches for long-term usability.
In terms of durability, the iQOO Z11 carries both IP68 and IP69 ratings, making it resilient against dust ingress and high-pressure water exposure. Comprehensive connectivity specs include multi-band 5G support, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, and a USB Type-C charging port.
