The last week of June could prove crucial for Munger's youth looking for a foothold in the banking sector. The District Employment Office, Munger is organising a special job camp on June 30, 2026, where a total of 124 posts will be filled directly for the private sector lender Airtel Payments Bank (NetAmbit). The announcement was released late in the evening.
The event is being seen as a big opportunity for those dreaming of a bank job who want to land work on the spot through direct selection.
Where and When the Camp Will Be Held
District Employment Officer Rana Amitesh said the job camp will take place at Sanyukt Shram Bhawan, Government ITI Campus, Sitakund Road, Benigir, Munger. Interested candidates must reach the venue by 10:30 AM. However, registration on the NCS portal is mandatory for every candidate before joining the camp, and participation is not possible without it.
Number of Vacancies by Post
The largest share of openings is for the post of Merchant Executive (ME), with 100 vacancies. Alongside this, selection will be made for 4 Team Leader (Merchant) posts and 20 Promoter (ABDE) posts.
Eligibility and Age Limit
According to the District Employment Office, the minimum qualification for these posts has been fixed at Class 12 pass. Applicants must be between 18 and 32 years of age.
How Much the Salary Will Be
Separate pay has been set for each of the three posts. A Team Leader (Merchant) will get ₹25,000 along with PF, ESIC, medical and incentive. A Merchant Executive will receive ₹14,000 plus PF, ESIC, medical and incentive, while a Promoter (ABDE) will get ₹12,500 along with PF, ESIC, medical and incentive.
Documents to Carry
Candidates attending the camp must bring their biodata, Aadhaar card, PAN card, educational certificates, marksheet and two passport-size colour photographs. Turning up without the required papers could create problems.
Where the Postings Will Be
The District Employment Office has stated that selected candidates will be posted across various blocks of Munger district as well as different districts within the division. This is why it is being viewed as a major employment opportunity for the youth of the district.
