There is a big opening for young job seekers in and around Munger who dream of a career in banking. Airtel Payments Bank has announced fresh vacancies, and to fill them the district employment office in Munger is organising a special job camp on June 30, 2026. Through this camp, 124 posts will be filled directly at the private sector lender Airtel Payments Bank (NetAmbit). The notice about it was issued late on Tuesday evening.
Where and when the camp will be held
District employment officer Rana Amitesh said the job camp will be held at the Sanyukt Shram Bhavan, Government ITI Campus, Sitakund Road, Benigir, Munger. Candidates wishing to take part must reach the venue by 10:30 am. There is one essential condition too: before turning up, every candidate must be registered on the National Career Service (NCS) portal. Without this registration, no one will be allowed to join the recruitment process.
How many posts for each role
The largest number of openings is for the Merchant Executive (ME) role, where 100 people will be selected. Alongside this, 4 posts of Team Leader (Merchant) and 20 posts of Promoter (ABDE) will also be filled. Together these add up to the 124 vacancies on offer at the camp.
Eligibility, age and salary
The minimum educational qualification for these posts is Class 12 pass. Only those aged between 18 and 32 years can apply. On the pay front, the Team Leader (Merchant) post offers a monthly salary of Rs 25,000 along with PF, ESIC, medical benefits and incentives. The Merchant Executive post comes with Rs 14,000 per month plus PF, ESIC, medical cover and incentives. Those picked as Promoter (ABDE) will get Rs 12,500 per month in addition to PF, ESIC, medical benefits and incentives.
What to carry along
Candidates attending the camp must bring their biodata, Aadhaar card, PAN card, educational certificates, marksheet and two passport size colour photographs. According to the district employment office, selected candidates will be posted not only in different blocks of Munger district but also in other districts of the division. That is why this is being seen as a major chance for young people in the district and nearby areas to gain a foothold in the banking sector.
