Job seekers in the Bhojpur district are set to benefit from a major upcoming employment initiative. Jinvani Management College located in Ara will host a two-day employment drive titled Job Fair-2026, scheduled for September 9 and 10. Approximately 50 corporate entities and organizations are expected to participate in the event to recruit eligible candidates across various job profiles.
A notable aspect of this recruitment drive is that candidates are not required to pay any fee to participate. The platform is open to a wide educational demographic, allowing individuals who have passed standard 10th and 12th examinations, alongside undergraduate and postgraduate degree holders, to try their luck.
Organizers have strongly advised all interested applicants to complete their online registration beforehand. This digital signup enables participating employers to review profiles and shortlist candidates effectively based on their academic credentials.
To help applicants build confidence before facing recruiters, a special training session has been scheduled on September 8 on the college campus. Running from 9 am to 12 pm, the workshop will train participants in essential interview techniques, self-introduction, professional communication, and proper resume drafting.
Attendees arriving at the venue are required to bring essential documents, including an updated resume, photocopies of educational certificates, an Aadhaar card, and passport-size photographs. Organizers noted that the previous year's event successfully placed over 500 candidates, and expectations remain high for a strong turnout of successful placements this season.
