Job seekers looking for opportunities in the private security sector in Western Uttar Pradesh have a major opportunity coming their way. The Regional Employment Office in Meerut has announced a comprehensive recruitment drive spanning all 12 development blocks across both rural and urban areas of the district. New Delhi-based SIS Security Company will conduct job fairs to recruit candidates for 200 vacant positions of security guards and security supervisors, offering monthly salaries ranging from Rs 15,000 to Rs 25,000 based on the designation and qualifications.
Block-Wise Schedule and Timings
Assistant Director of the Regional Employment Office, Shashibhushan Upadhyay, stated that the initiative aims to provide employment opportunities right at the doorstep of local youth. The recruitment camps will take place at the respective block development offices from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on the designated dates.

Posts, Eligibility Criteria, and Remuneration
The drive targets candidates who have completed High School (Class 10) or Intermediate (Class 12). Selections will be made for two primary roles: Security Guard and Security Supervisor. Depending on the assigned position and candidate credentials, selected individuals will draw monthly emoluments starting from Rs 15,000 up to Rs 25,000. Representatives from SIS Security Company, New Delhi, will oversee the screening and interview process during these drives.
Mandatory Registration and Required Documents
To participate in these recruitment camps, candidates must complete an online registration on the official Rojgar Sangam Portal prior to attending. Registration is a mandatory prerequisite for submitting applications and appearing for interviews.
On the day of the job fair, applicants must report to their respective block development offices by 10:00 AM equipped with all original educational certificates, mark sheets, identity proof such as Aadhaar Card, self-attested photocopies of all documents, and recent passport-size photographs.
