The benefit package extends beyond just the vehicle; it includes official vehicle registration documents, a one-year comprehensive insurance policy, a five-year third-party insurance cover, two liters of petrol provided on a one-time basis, and a standard ISI-certified helmet, all distributed free of cost.
Eligibility Criteria and Financial Thresholds
The scheme benefits students who secure a minimum of 65 percent through the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) or 75 percent through the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) in their 12th-grade examinations, provided they are enrolled in regular undergraduate degree programs at any state or private college in Rajasthan. Additionally, the annual income of the student's parents must not exceed 2.5 lakh rupees. If a student has already received a vehicle previously based on 10th-grade performance, she will not receive another vehicle based on 12th-grade scores, but will instead receive financial assistance amounting to 40,000 rupees.
