Communication Breakdown Deepens the Crisis
According to reliable government sources, an official outreach was initiated recently, with a proposal sent directly to the top leadership of the CJP. The administration hoped this olive branch would break the ongoing deadlock and restart the stalled dialogue process. However, the protesting faction unequivocally turned down the offer. Following this refusal, all potential communication channels between the demonstrating students and the government have once again been completely frozen, pushing the two sides further into a state of severe confrontation.

On July 20, an official delegation representing the CJP held a face-to-face meeting with Union Health Minister JP Nadda. Outlining these prerequisites, CJP spokesperson Sourav Das emphasized that the protesters will not accept any piecemeal solutions or empty assurances from the administration.
The organization's first and foremost demand is the immediate resignation of Dharmendra Pradhan, holding him morally and administratively accountable for the systemic failures. The second crucial condition pertains to financial restitution for the families who lost their children to the immense stress and despair caused by the examination irregularities. The demonstrators are demanding that a compensation of one crore rupees be awarded to the family of every single student who died by suicide due to the NEET paper leak. The third demand focuses on protecting civil liberties, requiring the immediate withdrawal of all unnecessary FIRs registered against individuals participating in peaceful protests. Furthermore, they want a concrete guarantee from the government that no such punitive legal actions will be initiated against peaceful demonstrators in the future.

Breaking his silence on the widespread concerns regarding the examination system, the Prime Minister offered a strong reassurance to the nation, declaring that safeguarding the future of the youth is the absolute highest priority for his administration.
Taking to the social media platform X, Narendra Modi announced a major legal and administrative measure to tackle the root of the problem. He revealed that fast-track courts will be specifically established to ensure rapid trials and the harshest possible punishments for all those found guilty in the paper leak syndicates.
In his statement, the Prime Minister noted that clear and strict instructions have already been issued to the relevant departments to ensure immediate action on this front.
