Face authentication for Bharat Gas requires the installation of the Aadhaar FaceRD app. Provide consent and complete the face scan as directed. HP Gas customers must download and open the HP Pay application on their smartphones. Log in using the respective HP Gas and LPG consumer credentials. If the application prompts you to install Aadhaar FaceRD, complete the installation to proceed to the face scanning page. Consequences of Missing the E-KYC Deadline
Consumers who fail to meet the revised e-KYC deadline will face direct consequences regarding their cooking gas supplies. Such users will no longer receive LPG cylinders at subsidized rates. Furthermore, direct benefit transfers under the PMUY scheme will be paused until the e-KYC verification is successfully completed. Non-PMUY customers who miss the deadline will likely be required to purchase domestic LPG cylinders at full commercial rates.
