A shocking domestic dispute has surfaced in Alwar, Rajasthan, involving serious allegations of threats and intimidation made by a wife against her husband. The complainant claims that his wife threatened over the phone to kill him, chop his body into pieces, and dispose of it inside a blue drum. Furthermore, the woman allegedly boasted that her uncle maintains strong connections with influential people who would easily handle any legal trouble. Deeply terrified by these chilling warnings, the distressed husband ultimately sought legal recourse by approaching the court.
How The Marriage Was Fixed And Initial Months Passed
According to the complainant, Abhishek Kumar, his alliance with a Delhi resident named Shaili was finalized on October 2, 2024. As part of the arrangement, a sum of 10 lakh rupees was agreed to be given to the bride side, out of which 6 lakh rupees were paid in cash while the remaining 4 lakh rupees were deposited directly into a bank account. Subsequently, Abhishek and Shaili got married on February 2, 2025. The husband stated that the first 20 to 25 days of their marriage went smoothly with no major friction, but the household atmosphere began shifting drastically after some time.
Pressure To Sell Property And Shift To Delhi
Abhishek alleged that roughly 20 to 25 days after the wedding, his wife began insisting persistently on moving to Delhi. She wanted him to sell his house and live with her in Delhi permanently. When Abhishek refused to sell his property and relocate, frequent arguments erupted between the couple. The husband claimed that not just his wife, but her family members as well, started pressurizing him to relocate, which steadily escalated the tension within the household.
The Blue Drum Threat And Alleged Attempted Choking
In his formal complaint, Abhishek leveled grave allegations against his wife. He stated that Shaili threatened him over the phone, warning that she would chop him up and throw him into a blue drum. She also supposedly cautioned him that her uncle has high-level connections capable of managing the aftermath. Adding to his fear, the husband alleged that his wife once attempted to choke him while he was asleep. These terrifying incidents left him in constant fear for his personal safety.
Demand For Money To Send Wife Back
The complainant also mentioned in his grievances that he had to shell out 30,000 rupees in order to send his wife back to her parental home. However, the exact sequence of events surrounding this monetary transaction and the underlying motives remain a subject of ongoing police investigation.
Case Registered Against Seven Family Members
Harassed by continuous disputes and severe threats, Abhishek filed an application in court against his wife Shaili and seven members of her family. Acting on the explicit orders of the court, the local police registered a formal case incorporating relevant legal sections pertaining to cheating, theft, and criminal intimidation, and further investigation into the matter is currently underway.
