The globally acclaimed Ramlila from Ayodhya is preparing for a grand and visually stunning presentation on the stage in Delhi. This prestigious cultural event will feature an impressive lineup of prominent personalities from the entertainment industry and the political arena. The major highlight of this year's production is that Miss Universe India 2026 Kezia Liz Mejo will portray the revered character of Mata Sita.
Meanwhile, Member of Parliament and celebrated actor Ravi Kishan will step into the divine role of Lord Rama, generating widespread anticipation and excitement among audiences. This grand spectacle will take place at Mavalanker Hall inside the Constitution Club in Delhi, bringing together a constellation of stars for the festive season.
A Star-Studded Stage At Mavalanker Hall
The magnificent cultural event is scheduled to run from October 10 to October 20. According to the organizers, massive sets, high-tech equipment, and large LED screens are being deployed to recreate the authentic ambiance of Treta Yuga. This technological integration aims to provide spectators with an immersive and modern viewing experience of ancient mythological episodes.
Returning To Delhi After Seven Years
Subhash Malik, the founder and president of the Ramlila, shared that for the past seven years, the event was exclusively hosted on the sacred soil of Ayodhya. It received immense love and viewership not only across India but also internationally. Last year, the combined digital and physical viewership reached approximately 62 billion people. Now, the divine plays of Lord Rama are returning to Delhi, and local residents are eagerly awaiting the performances.
Veteran Actors And Leaders Take The Stage
This year's production boasts a massive ensemble of stars from both cinema and politics. Alongside Ravi Kishan playing Lord Rama, fellow MP Manoj Tiwari will appear in several distinct roles. Senior actor Arun Bakshi will portray Ravana, while Vindu Dara Singh will take on the role of Kumbhkaran. Avtar Gill will play Meghnad, and Puneet Issar will step into the powerful role of Parshurama. Additionally, veteran actor Raza Murad will grace the stage with his performance. The entire production is being managed and organized by Subhash Malik, Shubham Malik, and Jatin Malik.
