Pubs and discotheques operating into the early hours of the morning across various city sectors have created serious security concerns for law enforcement agencies. Authorities received persistent complaints regarding disturbances, rowdy behavior, and the covert distribution of contraband substances under the guise of parties running until 4 AM. Administrator Gulab Chand Kataria indicated that an administrative team had spent considerable time conducting on-ground groundwork to assess the situation. Venue operators will receive a grace period of exactly one hour after midnight solely to settle outstanding billing and wrap up interior operations. By precisely 1 AM, every club and lounge must conclude its business and completely shut down operations.
