A fresh controversy has emerged in the national capital as demands intensify for the immediate arrest of Cockroach Janta Party founder Abhijeet Dipke. A formal written complaint regarding this matter has been submitted to the Delhi Police DCP office located on Parliament Street. The complainant, identified as Faizal Ansari, has alleged that the activities and public conduct of Abhijeet Dipke pose a direct and severe threat to public harmony, social peace, and the overall law and order situation in the country.
Allegations Regarding Jantar Mantar Protests and Anti-National Elements
In his submitted application, the complainant claimed that Abhijeet Dipke has extended support to individuals associated with anti-national activities. The complaint specifically highlights demonstrations held at Jantar Mantar, alleging that people were financially assisted and incentivized to gather at the site. The petitioner has urged law enforcement agencies to conduct an impartial probe into these allegations, register a formal first information report, and initiate strict legal proceedings in accordance with the law.
Claims of Physical Attacks in Pune and Aurangabad
Expanding further on the grievances, Faizal Ansari asserted that physical attacks were orchestrated against him twice at the behest of Dipke. He specified that one incident took place in Pune while the second occurred in Aurangabad. According to the statements given to the authorities, relevant evidence and supporting materials concerning these violent incidents have also been handed over to the Delhi Police to facilitate a thorough and factual investigation.
Praise for Handling Sonam Wangchuk and Urgent Warning
During his interaction regarding the security situation, Ansari expressed appreciation for the Delhi Chief Minister and the police force for timely hospitalizing Sonam Wangchuk, which he stated prevented the situation in Delhi from deteriorating. He accused Dipke of acting purely for personal gains and issued a stern warning that failure to arrest him swiftly could lead to riots across the country. The complainant has demanded a serious and sensitive inquiry by the police, insisting that appropriate legal steps must follow if the accusations are proven correct. So far, no official statement has been released by the Delhi Police regarding the complaint, and investigation proceedings remain underway.
