In a shocking incident reported from the Kalindi Kunj area of south-east Delhi, a father allegedly took the life of his 38-year-old son. The victim, Gul Hasan, had been suffering from a severe mental health condition known as schizophrenia for a prolonged period. The accused father, Talukdar Ansari, had grown extremely frustrated with his son's medical condition and devised a sinister plan to get rid of him. To execute this murder, he collaborated with an associate named Mohammad Wasim alias Akram. Both accused lured the victim under the pretext of taking him to a doctor before committing the brutal crime. The police have successfully cracked the case and sent both perpetrators behind bars.
Discovery Of The Body In An Abandoned Container
The grim reality of the murder came to light on the evening of August 23 at around 7:15 pm, when police received a distress call regarding a dead body lying inside an abandoned container. This isolated spot was located merely 500 meters away from the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway. When the police team arrived at the scene, they observed deep wounds on the young man's head. A heavy stone stained with blood was also recovered from the immediate vicinity. The preliminary investigation made it evident that the victim was brutally murdered by striking a heavy blow to his temple. Law enforcement authorities promptly registered a murder case and launched an intensive investigation in the area.
CCTV Footage Unmasks The Perpetrators
During the course of the investigation, the police team meticulously analyzed footage captured by closed-circuit television cameras installed around the crime scene. The scrutiny of the video clips revealed the victim walking towards the desolate container in the company of two suspicious individuals. A short while later, those two persons were seen exiting the location alone, while Hasan did not return with them. Armed with this crucial visual evidence, the police identified the faces captured in the footage, detained both suspects, and subjected them to rigorous interrogation.
The Sinister Plot Masquerading As A Medical Visit
During the interrogation, the accused individuals broke down and confessed to their crime. The primary accused, Talukdar Ansari, stated that his 38-year-old son Gul Hasan was afflicted with schizophrenia and the family was facing immense difficulties due to his illness. Desperate to escape this ongoing ordeal, he conspired with his friend Wasim to eliminate his son. On the day of the incident, Hasan was enticed to the deserted location under the false pretense of a medical checkup with a doctor. Once inside the container, Wasim and Ansari launched a fierce assault using a stone and subsequently choked him to death with a cloth rope.
