State lottery authorities in Nagaland are conducting the official Dear Monday weekly lottery draws across three designated daily intervals on November 2, 2026. Held at 1:00 PM, 6:00 PM, and 8:00 PM, these scheduled draws operate under diverse series titles while providing a standard top jackpot of Rs 1 crore. Every session follows a unified rewards framework governed directly by the Finance Department of the Nagaland government to maintain structural oversight and procedural compliance.
Under the payout regulations, the principal winning ticket holder is entitled to collect up to Rs 99 lakh, while the authorized vendor who sold the top ticket receives an agent super prize of Rs 1 lakh. These figures represent gross allocations before mandatory taxes, meaning the net take-home sum received by the claimant is substantially lower. All three official daily lottery sessions take place on-site at P. R. Hill Junction in Kohima.
Standardized Payout Structure and Ticket Matching Criteria
The operational framework establishes fixed payouts, distribution counts, and verification requirements across all recognized winning tiers
- 1st Prize (Jackpot): Restricted to 1 single winner, this tier yields a payout of Rs 99,00,000 alongside an agent reward of Rs 1,00,000. Verification requires matching the complete 2-digit series, the alphabet letter, and all 5 sequential digits.
- Consolation Prize: Allocated to 699 winners receiving Rs 1,00,000 per ticket and Rs 500 for the agent. This bracket applies to matching the primary 5-digit number across all remaining non-jackpot series.
- 2nd Prize: Distributed among 7,000 participants who claim Rs 9,000 each, with sellers collecting Rs 500. Winners are determined by matching an exact 5-digit number across 10 drawn combinations.
- 3rd Prize: Assigned to 70,000 successful holders receiving between Rs 450 and Rs 500, with a seller commission of Rs 50, based on matching the last 4 digits across 10 drawn numbers.
- 4th Prize: Granted to 70,000 ticket owners earning Rs 250 each and Rs 20 for the retailer, requiring a match of the final 4 digits across 10 selections.
- 5th Prize: Awarded to 7,00,000 tickets with a payout of Rs 120 each and an agent share of Rs 10, settled through the last 4 digits across 100 drawn numbers.
