The Bharatiya Janata Party has initiated a comprehensive nationwide strategy to strengthen its connection with the country's youth and Gen-Z demographic. As part of this initiative, BJP President Nitin Nabin has convened a high-level meeting of senior party leaders at the central headquarters on Saturday at 10 AM. Prominent leaders from every state, with two to three key representatives invited per region, will gather to discuss the upcoming roadmap. The primary focus of the meeting will be to understand the challenges, expectations, and aspirations of young citizens while formulating a structured strategy for direct dialogue. High-profile figures including Anurag Thakur, Ravi Kishan, Kamlesh Paswan, Pankaja Munde, and Poonam Mahajan are scheduled to attend and contribute to the planning process.
CM Yogi Adityanath Highlights Youth Ecosystem in Uttar Pradesh
Alongside organizational efforts, BJP-led state governments are actively aligning their governance agendas to empower the younger population. Today, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath engaged directly with young participants during a major townhall program organized in Gorakhpur. Addressing the gathering, CM Yogi emphasized that the state government is building a robust ecosystem designed to nurture talent and create fresh opportunities for young individuals. He also provided a detailed account of the initiatives, employment schemes, and skill development programs implemented for the youth over the past 9 years.
State Leaders Reaffirm Commitment to Youth Power and Development
In Rajasthan, Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma addressed young citizens last Thursday, encouraging them to pursue their goals with dedication and perseverance. He assured that the state government will leave no stone unturned in providing necessary resources and facilities to help them succeed. Highlighting that youth power constitutes the nation's greatest asset, CM Bhajan Lal Sharma noted that their confidence, patience, and persistent effort are essential to achieving the vision of a Developed India.
Similarly, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis outlined his administration's youth-centric policies during the 'Manthan 4 Yuva' event held for Gen-Z in Nagpur on August 23. CM Fadnavis assured the youth of complete state support, detailing how Maharashtra has formulated a comprehensive startup policy backed by dedicated funds and incubation centers. He further revealed that the government is now decentralizing these incubation hubs to extend their benefits to young entrepreneurs across all regions of the state.
Special Outreach Team and Nationwide University Campaign
To further intensify its engagement with young voters, the BJP recently announced the creation of a specialized team dedicated to Gen-Z outreach. This newly formed group includes BJP President Nitin Nabin, National General Secretary Smriti Irani, Harsh Sanghavi, Vinod Tawde, and O.P. Choudhary, among other key leaders. Complementing this party-level drive, the Modi government is preparing a dedicated university outreach campaign, under which plans are being finalized for one Union Minister to visit one university every day to interact directly with students and address their perspectives.
