Under this revised framework, several party functionaries have been assigned oversight of key regional zones, designated state units, and specialized party wings, with specific operational headquarters established to steer organizational activities efficiently.
Key Deployments for Joint General Secretaries
At the central leadership tier, Shivprakash has been designated as the National Joint General Secretary (Organization). In this role, he will oversee party operations across Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Goa, operating from Mumbai as his primary base. Similarly, Saudan Singh has taken charge as National Joint General Secretary (Organization), handling West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, and Odisha, with his operational center based out of Bhubaneswar.
Specialized Coordination and Senior Worker Outreach
To strengthen specific organizational verticals, V. Satish has been tasked as Organizer for the SC and ST wings alongside parliamentary office management, working out of Delhi. Nagendra has also been stationed in Delhi as Organizer focusing on outreach and engagement with senior party workers to maintain institutional continuity and communication.
State Leadership in Western and Southern Regions
The allocation for state-level general secretaries and joint general secretaries for organization across western and southern states includes
- Maharashtra: Ajay Jamwal has taken charge as State General Secretary (Organization) based in Mumbai. Satish Dhond has been appointed State Joint General Secretary (Organization) with headquarters in Nagpur, additionally managing tribal outreach across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Rajasthan.
- Andhra Pradesh and Telangana: Madhukar will function as State General Secretary (Organization) for both states, operating from Hyderabad. Dashrath has been named State Joint General Secretary (Organization) for Telangana, centered in Warangal.
- Gujarat and Union Territories: Ratnakar has been assigned Gujarat along with Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu, based in Ahmedabad. Arun Bindrani serves as State Joint General Secretary (Organization) for Gujarat, with his base in Rajkot.

- Uttar Pradesh: Dharmpal leads as State General Secretary (Organization) from Lucknow, while Abhay Giri acts as Organizer for the Braj region based in Agra.
- Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh: Chandrashekhar handles Madhya Pradesh from Bhopal, and Karmaveer manages Chhattisgarh from Raipur as respective State General Secretaries (Organization).
- Bihar and Jharkhand: Bhishma Dalsania has been appointed State General Secretary (Organization) for Bihar, operating from Patna, with Anant Narayan Mishra serving as Organizer for the Bhagalpur, Purnia, and Kosi regions from Purnia.
