Elaborating on his stance, Giriraj Singh stated that Mehbooba Mufti's policies have continuously raised serious concerns regarding national security. Reaffirming his charge against her, he remarked, "Mehbooba Mufti is a terrorist, she has always supported terrorists."
The Union Minister further referenced the past political alignment when his party had formed a coalition government with her in the state. He noted that during their time in alliance, efforts were made to work together and bring about positive reform, but when no change in approach materialized, they chose to walk away and end the partnership.
