A five-year-old Sindhi mare named Annie, brought from Charkhi Dadri in Haryana, has captivated spectators at a horse racing event in Barmer, Rajasthan. Standing over 63 inches tall, which is significantly taller than average mares of her age, Annie has drawn large crowds of local residents and equine enthusiasts eager to witness her striking physique. Her broad chest, graceful stride, and robust structure have turned her into the highlight of the event.
A Royal Diet for Remarkable Physique
The secret behind Annie's exceptional growth and energetic posture lies in her meticulously managed regimen curated by her owner, Arbinder Singh. Aside from standard fodder, Annie is fed a daily nutrition plan consisting of almonds, cashews, pure desi ghee, fresh milk, gram, and fresh fruits including apples and watermelons. This rich, nutrient-dense diet has helped the five-year-old mare develop superior stamina and strength.
The 72-Inch Marwari Companion 'Burj Khalifa'
In addition to Annie, owner Arbinder Singh has brought another renowned animal to Barmer: a Marwari breed horse named Burj Khalifa. Boasting a massive height of 72 inches, Burj Khalifa is widely celebrated among equestrian circles across the region for his stature. Visitors at the venue have been lining up to catch a glimpse of both magnificent animals and snap photographs alongside them.
Traits of the Sindhi Horse Breed
Sindhi horses are revered across India for their resilience, distinctive physical structure, and remarkable endurance under demanding environmental conditions. Annie exemplifies these purebred traits. Her appearance and performance at the Barmer competition highlight how genetic heritage combined with high-standard care and nutritional investment can cultivate extraordinary equine qualities.
