This elaborate spiritual ceremony requires meticulous ritualistic adherence and the continuous chanting of sacred mantras over many hours. During this period, a dedicated paste of pure sandalwood is delicately applied to the forehead of Khatu Naresh. Owing to the strictly confidential nature of these sacred rites, participation is restricted exclusively to authorized temple attendants and the chief priests, necessitating a complete pause on public entry.

As per the official timeline released by the temple committee, the sanctum sanctorum will close its doors on Tuesday, September 8, at 10:00 PM immediately following the completion of the Shayan Aarti. On Wednesday, September 9, the entire temple complex will remain completely inaccessible to devotees as priests perform the holy divine shringar rituals throughout the day. The temple doors will officially reopen for public darshan on Thursday, September 10, at 4:30 PM during the auspicious evening Sandhya Aarti, after which pilgrims will be permitted to seek blessings.
