The re-examination process for the Rajasthan Sub Inspector Recruitment 2021 is taking place today, September 20, across the state. In an extensive effort to ensure absolute integrity and smooth logistics, the Rajasthan Public Service Commission, local administration, and police forces have put comprehensive security arrangements into effect. A network of 666 exam centres has been established across 11 designated districts to accommodate 2,18,131 registered candidates. The testing timetable is structured into two distinct sessions. The morning shift runs from 10 AM to 12 PM for the General Hindi paper, followed by the afternoon session between 3 PM and 5 PM dedicated to General Knowledge and General Science. To eliminate any possibility of impersonation and prevent the infiltration of dummy candidates, authorities have instituted a multi-layered electronic verification protocol at every entry point.
Centre Distribution and District Level Security Deployment
A closer look at the geographical distribution reveals that the highest concentration of facilities is in Jaipur, which hosts 187 centres. In Ajmer, 74 examination venues have been prepared for the candidates. Meanwhile, in Alwar, the test is being administered across 48 urban venues over the two shifts, with approximately 13,320 candidates expected to appear in each half of the day. To manage this massive movement of aspirants, Alwar Superintendent of Police Sudhir Choudhary directed the deployment of nearly 300 police personnel around the designated premises. Additional Superintendent of Police Headquarters Dr. Deepak Kumar has been appointed as the nodal officer to oversee operational logistics. Every centre across Alwar has incorporated biometric check posts at the entrance alongside signal jammers to intercept unauthorised electronic transmissions.
Reporting Schedule and Crucial Entry Protocols
Official instructions require candidates to reach their designated venues at least two hours ahead of the scheduled commencement. The entry gates will strictly close 60 minutes before the paper begins, after which no aspirant will be granted access under any circumstances. Administrative heads across all 11 districts, including Alwar, have stressed that latecomers will face outright denial of entry. To cross the outer cordon, every candidate must present a valid original photo identity card together with their official admit card. Strict adherence to the prescribed dress regulations is being inspected right at the primary boundary of each venue.
Dress Code Regulations and Prohibited Items
In order to mitigate any threat of hidden communicative devices, strict attire guidelines have been mandated. Male examinees are instructed to appear exclusively in half-sleeved shirts or T-shirts, regular trousers or pyjamas, and simple slippers or flip-flops. Female examinees are required to dress in designated plain clothing without elaborate accessories. The commission has strictly banned an extensive inventory of items from entering the exam premises, including wristwatches, leather belts, handbags, hairpins, amulets, caps, scarves, stoles, shawls, and mufflers.
Technological Countermeasures Against Impersonation
To identify dummy examinees and prevent identity fraud, verification protocols have been upgraded with advanced technology. Beyond rigorous physical frisking, every applicant must pass through detailed biometric screening and real-time facial recognition verification. All varieties of mobile phones and electronic accessories remain entirely outlawed inside the testing halls. Special surveillance measures are focusing on smart spectacles such as Meta glasses and compact Bluetooth earpieces. Additionally, in compliance with the commission's standard operating procedures, comprehensive videography is being conducted across all venues to document every phase of the day's proceedings.
OMR Fifth Option Rule and Enforcement Measures
Candidates must exercise particular care while marking their responses on the OMR answer sheet. In instances where an examinee chooses not to answer a question, bubbling the designated fifth option is completely mandatory. To facilitate this extra marking step without cutting into answering time, the commission has granted an additional 10 minutes for each paper. On the law enforcement front, ATS and SOG teams are closely tracking previously debarred individuals to preempt external meddling. District Collectors and Superintendents of Police have received firm directives to invoke the Rajasthan Public Examination Act 2022 against anyone caught participating in cheating, impersonation, or malpractice.
