Current forecasts indicate that Monday will bring moderate rain and thundershowers to isolated areas in Chennai, Chengalpattu, Thiruvallur, Kancheepuram, and Ranipet, alongside districts situated along the Western Ghats. Similar weather conditions, marked by strong surface winds, are projected for parts of Vellore, Tiruvannamalai, Villupuram, Kallakurichi, Cuddalore, Salem, Madurai, and Tirupattur, as well as Puducherry.
