Job seekers in Bihar have a fresh opportunity lined up as the Munger district employment office, functioning under the state's Youth, Employment and Skill Development Department, is organising a one-day job camp on July 17, 2026. Private sector company ICICI Prudential Life Insurance will take part in the recruitment drive and will select eligible candidates across a total of 210 posts. The district employment department shared these details.
Venue and Timing of the Camp
The job camp will be held at Sanyukt Shram Bhawan, Government ITI Campus, Sitakund Road, Benigir, Munger, starting at 10:30 am on July 17. According to Shweta Vashishtha, an officer at the Munger district employment office, the company will be hiring for two roles at the camp, Unit Manager and Advisor.
10 Unit Manager Posts Open for Graduates
There are 10 vacancies for the Unit Manager post. Candidates applying for this role must hold a graduate degree, and the age limit has been fixed between 20 and 30 years. Those selected will draw a monthly salary of Rs 20,000, along with benefits such as PF and ESIC, making the post an attractive option for graduates looking for stable employment.
200 Advisor Vacancies, Open to Class 10 Pass Candidates
The largest chunk of openings in this drive is for the Advisor post, with 200 vacancies available. The minimum educational qualification required is a Class 10 pass, meaning candidates with higher qualifications can also apply. The minimum age for this post is 18 years. Instead of a fixed monthly salary, those selected as Advisors will be paid based on incentives, B&N support and sales support.
NCS Portal Registration Mandatory for Entry
The district employment office has made it clear that registration on the National Career Service (NCS) portal is compulsory for candidates who wish to take part in the job camp. Candidates who have not registered on the portal will not be allowed to join the recruitment process.
Documents Candidates Must Carry
Candidates attending the camp must bring their biodata, Aadhaar card, PAN card, and original educational certificates and mark sheets along with photocopies of each. They must also carry two passport-size colour photographs. Only after document verification will candidates be allowed to proceed to the interview round. The district employment department also clarified that the entire recruitment process will be free of cost, and selection will be based entirely on the standards set by the company.
