Kawasaki India has officially launched the 2027 edition of its entry-level supersport motorcycle, the Ninja 300, in the Indian market. The newly updated motorcycle carries an ex-showroom price tag of Rs 3.34 lakh. This reflects a price hike of approximately Rs 17,000 compared to the outgoing version. Despite the price bump, Kawasaki has chosen not to introduce any major cosmetic, mechanical, or feature updates, carrying forward the package from the previous iteration. Deliveries for the 2027 model are scheduled to commence towards the end of July 2026.
Design and Aesthetic Highlights
Visually, the 2027 Ninja 300 retains its familiar aggressive stance and supersport styling. The front fascia continues to feature dual projector headlights with design cues inspired by the larger ZX-6R. Aerodynamic efficiency and wind protection are enhanced by a large floating windscreen, an element reminiscent of the flagship ZX-10R. The motorcycle maintains its clean lines across the sharp fairing, side panels, and tail section. For this model year, Kawasaki is offering the bike exclusively in a single Lime Green color scheme that underscores the brand's racing heritage. The body graphics remain identical to the previous year's update without any revisions.
Hardware, Cycle Parts, and Features
In terms of equipment and cycle parts, the Ninja 300 retains all the updates introduced in its previous revision. It features an updated tread pattern on its tires to ensure dependable grip across various road conditions. Braking safety is managed by a dual-channel ABS system, while gear changes are complemented by an assist and slipper clutch. Range is aided by a generous 17-litre fuel tank. The suspension setup comprises 37 mm telescopic front forks and a Uni-Trak rear monoshock featuring 5-way preload adjustability. With a manageable seat height of 780 mm and a curb weight of 179 kg, the motorcycle balances everyday city commuting comfort with highway stability.

Powering the 2027 Kawasaki Ninja 300 is the familiar 296 cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine. This motor develops 38.9 bhp of peak power at 11,000 rpm and 26.1 Nm of maximum torque at 10,000 rpm, paired with a 6-speed transmission. Known for its linear power delivery and refined nature, the parallel-twin powerplant provides solid mid-range pull alongside strong top-end performance. The motorcycle is capable of attaining a top speed of approximately 160 kmph.
