Indian conglomerate Essar Group is set to establish a massive steel manufacturing facility in the United States, committing a total capital outlay of $18 billion (approximately ₹172776 crore).

US President Donald Trump unveiled the ambitious industrial venture, highlighting its unprecedented scale for domestic industry. Expressing strong enthusiasm for the initiative, President Trump described the facility as the largest steel plant in the entire history of the country.
