A deadly late-night shooting outside the Kaimri Cricket Stadium in Hisar, Haryana, resulted in the death of one individual and left another battling critical injuries. Unidentified assailants travelling on a motorcycle reached the vicinity of the sports facility and suddenly unleashed a hail of bullets on two men standing outside. The rapid gunfire triggered chaos and panic across the surrounding stretch before the attackers fled the scene.
Fatal Encounter Claims Naresh Nagal as Associate Fights for Life
The victim of the assault was identified as Naresh Nagal, also known by the alias Sutla, a resident of Harita village, who died following the bullet impacts. His companion, identified as Dharambir from Bayanakhera village, sustained serious gunshot wounds during the blitz. Emergency responders and police transferred Dharambir to a nearby medical facility, where attending physicians continue to describe his condition as critical.
Suspected Gang Rivalry and Prior Cases
Preliminary inquiries revealed that Naresh Nagal had multiple criminal cases previously registered against him. Consequently, law enforcement authorities are examining the ambush through the lens of gang warfare or long-standing personal enmity.
