Farmers who provided land for the maintenance car shed depot serving Mumbai Metro Routes 4, 4A, and 10 will receive developed plots with complete ownership titles. The approved allocation framework grants eligible displaced landholders 22.5 percent and 12.5 percent developed plots, ensuring equitable compensation while clearing operational hurdles for regional urban connectivity.
