Dubey stated that Rahul Gandhi is the grandson and descendant of Firoz Gandhi, and according to the Constitution of India and religious traditions, he belongs to the Parsi community, making him a minority. Dubey asserted that Parsi heritage is his path, and therefore he has no right or authority to comment on Sanatan Dharma, which is Hinduism, or on Islamic scriptures like the Quran and Christian scriptures like the Bible.

He noted that British Governor-General Warren Hastings established a committee of eleven scholars on March 27, 1775, with the objective of studying and translating all available Sanskrit and Pali texts in India. Dubey pointed out that many texts currently discussed in India were translated by that British-backed committee, which submitted its report to the Governor-General in 1777. The historical report indicated that some verses in Manusmriti were accurate while others were considered interpolations or fictional additions by later scholars. Addressing a commemorative event celebrating the birth anniversary of the legendary freedom fighter Rana Beni Madhav Baksh Singh in Raebareli, the Chief Minister remarked that while the nation does not hold high expectations from Rahul Gandhi as an individual, his constitutional position as the Leader of Opposition in the Parliament of India binds him to be accountable to the nation's democracy and traditions. Instead, Adityanath alleged, Rahul Gandhi considers it his birthright to denigrate India's culture and legacy.

The Chief Minister alleged that whenever Rahul Gandhi travels outside Uttar Pradesh, he brings disrepute to the state, and whenever he goes abroad, he insults the entire country.

Raising questions regarding national security, Yogi Adityanath accused Rahul Gandhi of encouraging anti-national elements, either directly or indirectly, in the nation's ongoing battle against terrorism. He further stated that when Indian soldiers fight enemies along the borders, Rahul Gandhi demands proof from the armed forces. The Chief Minister also recalled how the existence of Lord Rama in Ayodhya was previously questioned by the Congress party.

Referring to discussions around sage Manu and ancient traditions, Yogi suggested that if Rahul Gandhi genuinely wishes to understand Manu, he should study the Atharvaveda, Shatapatha Brahmana, and Matsya Purana.
